Louisiana Crawfish Etouffe
Organic onions, celery, and red bell peppered sauteed in local, raw butter heaped with crawfish tails and then simmered to perfection in lobster stock. Finished with a hint of sea salt and cayanne pepper, our Chef's favorite hands down.
Saag Cheddar Pizza
Kindle Farm's own organic spinach cooked down in local raw butter, lightly seasoned with Indian curry, finished with buttermilk and pureed. Served with Grafton cheddar cheese, extra virgin olive oil and herbs.
Baba Ganoush Pizza
Roasted organic eggplant pureed with garlic, tahini, extra virgin olive oil and Middle Eastern spices topped with cheddar cheese and a fresh seasonal green such as arugula, kale, or chard. An instant classic you have to try.
